FAMILY OFFICE CHIEF OF STAFF

The Family Office Chief of Staff (COS) has a strong expertise and practical experience in property portfolio management, overall management of staff and management of projects such as entrepreneurial ventures and large events. She has to manage multiple projects in parallel and effectively lead the Family Office team. The The Family Office Chief of Staff is a strategic thinker with good organisational skills, the ability to select and assign priorities, and to solve problems being an excellent overall trouble shooter.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key business relationships, liaising with family members and organising travel/high level meetings
  • Manage and lead the Family Office team
  • Talent acquisition
  • Negotiate and manage new and existing recruitment agencies
  • Manage day-to day expenditure, including ordering and accounting for all office supplies and consumables
  • Support the process for developing and implementing company perks and organising social activities
  • Run special projects like buying jets or yachts cars
  • Manage and set up all supplier relationships
  • Ordering of IT equipment
  • Producing weekly finance reports for the CEO
  • Liaising with bookkeeper and accountant
 

Head of Family Office Salary Guide

From £ 50,000 to £ 100,000+ gross per annum plus benefits, depending on experience and tasks required
